Membership in IAPPA is truly unique...

Regular membership is open to those persons who are working in the protective services field; or who have completed an IAPPA recognized protective service course; sworn law enforcement personnel and active duty or reserve military personnel whose duties may involve personal protection; and persons employed by a security or private investigation firm whose duties may involve personal protection.  Membership dues for Regular members is $100 U.S. for the first year and $70 annually.

Membership in I.A.P.P.A includes the following benifits:

Become an I.A.P.P.A "Certified Close Protection Agent"

As we believe that membership in I.A.P.P.A is truly unique we have set very high standards for granting membership. The focus is not only on the professional skills of the applicant. If you are interested in joining I.A.P.P.A please send us your resumé with a copy of completed recognized protective service course and/or other relevant certificate(s) and references so that you can be accepted in the I.A.P.P.A Agent Database if you are granted membership. Please note we also need a agent profile text so that potential clients can read your personal statement
