Dr. Barnhart holds
several positions and has many years of experience in law
enforcement, security management and education. Dr.
Barnhart is a Bachelor of Computer Science; he has a MBA in
Security Management, and is also a Doctor of Philosophy in
Higher Education Administration.
Dr. Barnhart has
received numerous citations and awards from around the
world, including an award for consultancy to the KOSOVO
Peacekeeping Mission, a letter of thanks from the
Royal Family
of Saudi Arabia
for his contributions to security and international
relations, the Medal of Merit from President George W. Bush,
personal letters of thanks from The President, Governors,
Congressmen, Senators, and Members of Parliament, Royalty,
Government, Military, and VIP’s.
Dr. Barnhart’s

Dr. Barnhart was also on the International Champion Harley
Davidson Motorcycle Team and a member of the Provost Unit of

member. Dr. Barnhart currently serves as the Technical
Surveillance Advisor for a major law enforcement agency in
the State of Missouri
Dr. Barnhart is a
member of The Presidential Business Commission, and was
voted “Businessman of the Year,” as seen in the Wall Street
Journal, and is also Educational Consultant for Mondiapol
Police Department in Italy, and works with a number of other
organizations on a local and international basis.
Dr. Barnhart is a member of the Australian-Asian Institute
of Civil Leadership, a professional and academic institute,
whose mission is the promotion and recognition of excellence
of leadership in various fields of endeavor. Admission to
the Institute is merit-based, and reflects formal
recognition of significant achievements. Dr. Barnhart shares
the prominent members section with Royalty from around the
World.
Dr. Barnhart also supports World Security & Peace, and has
been accepted as a Member of the International Parliament
for Safety & Peace, a Deputy of the National Assembly,
Minister Plenipotentiary to the State of Missouri, (By
recommendation of the Lt. Governor of the State) and has
been awarded several other high honors, including the
Kentucky Colonel, Nebraska Admiral, Honorary United States
Marine, and is a Gold Commander / Diamond Leader in the
Disabled American Veterans, (DAV) and has recently received
the Patriotic Citizen’s Award from the VFW, Veterans of
Foreign wars and a supporting member of the USO.
